Our Store Safety Measures

Our stores are re-opened and we are excited to welcome you into our stores to provide great values on brand name merchandise every time you shop! And when you do visit us, know that everyone’s safety and well-being continue to be our top priority.

New, spacious store layout for a safer shopping experience

Signage to remind customers and associates to practice social distancing and remain at least six feet apart

One way entrances and exits at the front of the store and in the department aisles

Wider check-out lanes, with social distancing markers on the floor

New cleaning and disinfecting procedures:

  • Frequent cleaning of high-touch areas
  • Shopping cart wipes and sanitation materials available
  • Deep cleaning response plans in place

All associates and customers are expected to wear a mask at all times while in a Burlington store location. Masks will be available for customers who do not have one.

Community Support

As a caring company, we continue to be committed to the communities where we live and work. Given the unprecedented impact of COVID-19, we have teamed up with our long-time charitable partners, Delivering Good and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, to help each organization to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.

New Product Donation

This past Spring, we made our largest one-time new merchandise donation, valued at nearly $3MM, to support those impacted by COVID-19. Through our national partnership with Delivering Good, they distributed the product to local agencies nationwide. Read More



Support of Blood Cancer Patients

TThrough our partnership with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), Burlington participated in the organization’s COVID-19 Patient Financial Aid Program, providing $250 to eligible patients struggling with the economic hardship presented by the pandemic.
