If you paid for your entire purchase with a Burlington gift card and return an item to a Burlington store, you will be issued a new merchandise credit card in the amount paid for the item/s returned, in accordance with our Return Policy
If you have paid for your purchase with a credit card and a Burlington gift card, and return an item to a Burlington store, in accordance with our Return Policy, the credit card will be refunded first, up to the full amount debited to your credit card. The remainder of your refund will be issued to you via a Burlington merchandise credit card.
What should I do if my Burlington gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?
eGift Card: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.
Plastic Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. You can choose our standard shipping free of charge, or for an additional fee you can choose to expedite your order. You can make your selection under the Shipping Method option. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.
